These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the website onlywins.casino (the "Site"), operated by 3-102-961232 LIMITADA (the "Operator", "we", "us" or "our"). The Operator acts under the authorisation of the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, reference ALSI-202606013-FI1.

Agreement to terms

By accessing, registering on or using the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of them, you must stop using the Site immediately.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and the Operator. By continuing to use the Site, you accept all obligations set out in them, together with any additional rules, policies or notices published on the Site and referred to in these Terms.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Operator, its directors, officers, employees, agents and affiliates against any claim, loss, liability, cost or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your infringement of the rights of any third party.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable mandatory law.

Jurisdiction

The Operator conducts its activities under the authorisation of the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, reference ALSI-202606013-FI1.

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising from them or from your use of the Site, are governed by the laws of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, except where mandatory rules of another jurisdiction apply to you and cannot be set aside by agreement.

You agree to first try to resolve any dispute by contacting us in good faith. If a dispute cannot be settled in this way, it will be submitted to the competent courts of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
